SMT Programmer - Chandler, AZ


  • Experienced Fuji SMT Programmer
  • Using Fujicam and Gerber programs to program Fuji CP6 and Fuji IP3 pick and place machines
  • Experience in stencil design and over profiles preferred


  • Have a minimum of 5 years SMT experience with at least 2 years of programming experience
  • Experience with Fuji machines and Fuji software is strongly preferred
  • Have thorough knowledge of SMT components and package types
  • Must possess excellent problem solving skills and be able to complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Must be a team player, with excellent communication skills; must work with sense of urgancy

  • Perform Final Quality Inspection:
  • AOI Inspection, Visual Inspection: using a 10X ring lamp
  • Mechanical Inspection: able to read blue prints, verify all dimensions noted on blue print using calipers and micrometer.
  • Record keeping: shall record defect codes, pass and fail results, accurately verify all quantities.
  • Verify compliance with IPC-A-610 and JSTD 001
  • Solder Inspection of SMT components and thru hole components 


  • 2 years experience in the SMT Manufacturing field preferred
  • 2 years experience in Quality Inspection preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ISO9001 QMS experience desired.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to work with our Quality Team. The Quality Assurance Specialist's responsibilities include developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting tests and inspections, identifying production, process, or product issues, and presenting solutions. To be successful as a Quality Assurance Specialist you should be incredibly thorough and able to help our company maintain the highest quality standards.:

Quality Assurance Specialist Responsibilities::

    • Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
    • Performing routine inspections and quality tests.
    • Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues.
    • Ensuring that standards and regulations are observed.
    • Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors.
    • Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports.
    • Making recommendations for improvement.


    • High school diploma/GED required.
    • Certificate in quality assurance with focus on ISO9001:2015 or AS9100 is a plus.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Previous experience in quality assurance or similar field.
    • Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance.
    • Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards.
    • Excellent data collection and analysis skills utilizing Microsoft Office.

    Manufacturing Machinery Maintenance Technician - Chandler, AZ


    • Performs a variety of electrical and/or mechanical repair and preventive maintenance activities to keep the plant equipment in good working order.


    • Under limited supervision handles repair, adjustments and preventive maintenance of printed circuit board systems and/or equipment including heaters, pumps, conveyors, motors and related controls.
    • Able to work from blueprints and electrical schematics to perform tasks and/or repairs as required.
    • Exercises good judgment.


    • High school education or equivalent plus a minimum of one to two years’ experience in the printed circuit board equipment maintenance field, some technical trade school, certification or equivalent experience.
    • Must be able to read equipment electrical schematics.
    • Must have your own tools and a Strong Electrical Background. Spanish Speaking okay.

    Inventory Stockroom Clerk


    This position will involve receiving of components, picking parts for assembly kits, and inventory control. Past experience working in a stockroom and knowledge of SMT and through-hole components is a plus, but not required. Willing to train the right individual.
